Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect between Financial Performance, Good Corporate Governance, and Corporate Social Responsibility on the Value of Insurance Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2020.The data used in this study is secondary data. The data collection technique used is by collecting data sourced from the Annual Reports of insurance companies listed on the BEI. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling. The method used is descriptive test, classical assumption test, and panel data regression test.Through this study, it was found that Financial Performance projected with ROE had a significant positive effect on Insurance Company Value, GCG projected with KM, KI, KA had a significant positive effect on Insurance Company Value, and CSR projected with CSRDI had a significant effect on Insurance Company Value. Those listed on the IDX for the period 2016 – 2020.
