Abstract

Problems in the endorsement cooperation agreement between the celebgram and the online shop must be resolved immediately and discussed in order to get a solution, in fact until now it has not been resolved. As for the formulation of the problem in this study, namely: First, what is the form of Default against the Endorsement cooperation agreement between Selebgram and the Online Shop. Second, what is the form of settlement of Default between the celebgram and the Online Shop. This research is an Empirical or Sociological Law research (Observational Research). This research was conducted online via whatsapp or instagram and was also conducted in the jurisdiction of the city of Pekanbaru. The techniques used to collect data in this research are (a) Interview, (b) Documentation, and (c) Literature Review. The conclusion of this study shows that the form of default on the endorsement cooperation agreement between the celebgram and the online shop, the first is to carry out the endorsement but is late, the second is to do something but not according to the agreement, the third is not to fulfill the achievement at all, and the fourth is to fulfill the achievement but it is not appropriate or wrong. As for the form of settlement of defaults between celebgram and online shops, so far this has not been resolved, including firstly trying to find a way out by making peace, secondly paying compensation, thirdly canceling the agreement with compensation, and fourthly there must be good faith from the endorsement.
