Abstract
The Effect of Workload on Employee Work Motivation at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Duri Branch Office By : ELSA SURYANI PUTRI NPM : 155210108 This study aims to determine the effect of workload on employee motivation at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Duri Branch Office. This study uses a descriptive method, namely by analyzing the data that has been collected from the results of research and is connected with the theoretical basis. The data was obtained by giving questionnaires to 44 employees using purposive sampling method, the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The results of this study indicate that workload has a significant effect on employee motivation.
