Abstract
The problem in this study occurred during online learning, the teacher did not master the material, the teacher did not realize his creativity in teaching, the teacher had to take advantage of the very short time in learning so that it made student learning outcomes less than optimal. The purpose of this study is to describe teacher performance in planning, implementing and evaluating online learning at SDN 170 Pekanbaru. The research method used is a qualitative approach design with a descriptive type. The results of this study indicate that teachers have implemented their performance in planning learning such as completing the syllabus and lesson plans, formulating indicators, objectives, materials, models and learning steps, and compiling assessment sheets; teachers have implemented their performance in carrying out learning such as conducting opening, core and closing activities of learning; teachers have also applied their performance in evaluating learning such as assessing attitudes, knowledge and skills. This happens because of the role of the principal on teacher performance.
