Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, reward and punishment on employee performance at the Regional Residential Infrastructure Center of Riau Province, Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were all members of civil servants and non-civil servants totaling 110 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher in which the sample taken was 41 civil servants. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and partially positive rewards and punishments have a significant negative effect on employee performance at the Balai Prasarana Permukiman Riau Province, Pekanbaru City. The magnitude of the influence of the leadership style, reward and punishment variables on employee performance is 86.7%. Key Word: Leadership Style, Reward, Punishment and Employee Performance
