Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance through employee motivation at PT. Wilson Asia Lestari Perawang. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were employees in PT. Wilson Asia Lestari Perawang, the author took samples using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses Path Analysis, Partial Last Square (PLS) and Hypothesis Testing. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of the first hypothesis test indicate that the relationship between the discipline variable and employee performance has a positive and no significant effect. The work discipline variable on the intervening variable (work motivation) has a positive and significant effect. Work motivation on employee performance variables has a positive and no significant effect. And it can be concluded that work discipline has no direct effect on employee performance, but has a positive and significant effect through work motivation variables on employee performance at PT. Wilson Asia Lestari Perawang
