Abstract
Analysis of Communication Between Leaders And Subordinates In Improving Employee Performance At PT. Tasma Puja Kampar Regency Widya Indriani 169110211 This study aims to analyze organizational communication carried out by leaders and employees in improving employee performance at PT. Tasma Puja, Kampar Regency. PT. Tasma Puja is a limited liability company engaged in agriculture, plantations, palm oil processing. In an organization, good communication is needed for the smooth running of the organization. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The subjects of this study were selected using the Purpose Sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of research conducted, it is known that the implementation of organizational communication at PT. Tasma Puja which includes vertical communication and horizontal communication. Where communication is carried out to establish and maintain togetherness, kinship and build good cooperation from superiors and subordinates or vice versa so that it is more focused.
