Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether turnover intention and financial compensation have a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Padasa Enam Utama in Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Padasa Enam Utama, as many as 94 people. And the sample of this study used census techniques, namely survey researchers by taking samples from the garden section. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) Smartpls 3.0 analysis test. The results of this study indicate that turnover intention and financial compensation have a negative significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Padasa Enam Utama in Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency.
