Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Quality Of Worklife and Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction at Zainab Mother and Child Hospital Pekanbaru. The object of this study was Zainab Hospital Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of the Zainab Mother and Child Hospital, totaling 148. The sample of this study was all employees of the Zainab Maternal and Child Hospital, totaling 38. This study used multiple linear regression data analysis. The data used are primary data, namely data originating from questionnaires. The results showed that the Quality of Worklife and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Zainab Mother and Child Hospital. This is because employees at work have Quality of Worklife and have a good commitment to organization so that it affects their job satisfaction.
