Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how much influence work stress has on teacher performance at Harapan Bunda Special School, Dumai City. The population in this study were all teachers at the Harapan Bunda SLB, Dumai City, which found 59 teachers. And the sample in this study used purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique of data sources with certain considerations. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the analysis that has been done, it shows that the work stress variable has a positive effect on the performance of teachers at the Harapan Bunda Special School in Dumai City. The magnitude of the contribution of work stress to teacher performance can be said to be significant from the analysis that has been carried out at the Harapan Bunda SLB Dumai City.
