Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze whether work stress and workload partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Blue Bird Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all company employees. The sampling technique in this study using sensus sampling technique, which is based on the objectives and considerations of the researchers, amounting to 36 people. The data collection technique in this study is to use a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and statistical testing of SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that work stress and workload partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Blue Bird Pekanbaru
