Abstract

Along with the development of the use of credit cards, it is undeniable that there are also problems caused by their use. Many forms of credit card abuse cannot be resolved by using the laws or regulations currently in force in Indonesia. The main problem in this study is what is the form of legal protection for credit card users against carding crimes (study at BNI Pekanbaru bank in 2021)? What is the responsibility of PT.
