Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic on employee performance at PT. Rianda Independent Business. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Rianda Usaha Mandiri numbered 48 people. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling technique and the selected sample was 37 people. Data analysis in this study used simple linear analysis. The results show that the regression coefficient is positive and significant but very weak, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of the work ethic variable on employee performance is positive and significant but very weak.
