Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance at PT. Usaha Jaya Contractor (UJK) Bangkinang. The sample in this study were employees at PT. Usaha Jaya Kontraktor (UJK) Bangkinang. The sampling technique used is the Non Probability Sampling and Purposive Sampling techniques using the slovin formula, totaling 35 people, using the 2018-2020 period. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient and determination (R2), t test (parsial) and F test (simultan) and used statistical tests using the SPSS version 23 application. From the results of the analysis the data can be concluded that partially work safety has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Usaha Jaya Kontraktor (UJK) Bangkinang. While simultaneously occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Usaha Jaya Kontraktor (UJK) Bangkinang
