Abstract

This study is entitled: Application of Corn Tricocompost and NPK Fertilizer Pearl 16:16:16 against the Growth and Production of Okra (Abelmoschus esculentus L.). This research has been carried out in the Faculty experimental garden Agriculture at the Riau Islamic University for four months from July 2019 to October 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the response Okra plants to the administration of Corn Tricocompost and Pearl NPK Fertilizers 16:16:16. The experimental design used in this study is A Factorial Complete Randomized Design consisting of two factors. First factor is the provision of Corn Tricocompost Fertilizer with 4 levels: (0, 0.75, 1.5, 2.25 kg / plot) and the second factor is giving NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 fertilizer with 4 levels: (0, 4,5, 9, 13.5 g / plant). The latest observational data were analyzed statistic and continued with further tests of honest real difference (BNJ) with a level of 5%. The results showed that the interaction with fertilizer application Corn Tricocompost and NPK Pearl 16:16:16 have a real influence on stem diameter, age of harvest, number of fruits per plant, weight of fruit per plants, fruit length, and the number of remaining fruit per plant. Best treatment namely in the provision of 2.25 kg / plot Corn Tricocompost Fertilizer and NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 13.5 g / plant. The main effect of giving Corn Tricocompost Fertilizers real with respect to all observational parameters. The best treatment for fertilizer application Corn tricocompost at a dose of 2.25 kg / plot. The main effect of giving NPK Pearl 16:16:16 is real with respect to all parameters of observation. Best treatment NPK Mutiara 16:16:16 administration with a dose of 13.5 g / plant.
