Abstract
ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SERVICE IN OFFICE LURAH Khairiah mandah KECAMATAN mandah Indragiri Hilir ABSTRACT Zulsyahwani This study aims to determine the analysis of service delivery arrangements cover letters KK, ID cards and SKT in urban village office Khairiah mandah mandah district Indragiri downstream districts as well as factors inhibiting. Indicators research service implementation used include service requirements, procedures, Completion time, the cost of services, product manager of service and complaint handling. Tife research beralokasi office lurah Khairiah mandah are diskriftip by using a combination of qualitative and quantitative, that mengeplorasikan and clarify phenomena or social reality, with the mendiskrifsikan number of variables relating to the problem and the unit examined without questioning the fabric that touches the subject and unit examined without questioning the association between the variables that exist. There are two groups of two populations and samples in this study are employees amounting to 8 people and communities amounted to 86 people, so the sample size is determined from these two groups is 94 people, the people in this case are those who have been taking care of a letter of introduction such as KK, KTP and SKT. The methods and techniques used in the determination of the individual sample is census method and the employee population and incendental sampling techniques for the population. Types and technical data collection used consist of primary data was collected by using techniques kuinsioner listing and interviews and secondary data collecting techniques opservasi.sementara documentation and data analysis techniques used by using frequency tables tools starting from the presentation of data reduction and decision making and verification.
