Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is an effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction. The sample in this study were 100 customers who had transacted at the Ivo International Fashion Marpoyan Store. The sampling technique used is the Porpusive Sampling Technique. The research method is descriptive type with a quantitative approach. The analytical tools used are Multiple Liner Regression, Coefficient of Determination, partial T test, and simultaneous F test. The results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, and product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. positive and significant on Consumer Satisfaction.
