Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE VILLAGE CONSULTANCY BOARD IN DEVELOPMENT IN KUBANG JAYA VILLAGE, SIAK HULU DISTRICT, KAMPAR REGENCY ABSTRAK ZULPAHMI AKBAR 167110411 . BPD is a partner of the Kubang Jaya Village Head and the community in discussing and planning every development activity in the village. The form of strengthening the relationship between the two elements of village government is based on the principle of partnership which aims to provide sufficient public space for the community in determining the operation of village government. Therefore, it is necessary to take the initiative and self-help of the community to participate in determining and planning every development activity in the village. This means that the community must participate in every activity and as a subject in planning for Village Development. It is the BPD that absorbs the aspirations of the community about what matters are more important to the community in development in Kubang Jaya Village. Likewise, in implementing the implementation of community aspirations, the BPD must have effective methods by holding village meetings and providing space for the community to express their aspirations. The implementation of the BPD function in determining village development must be based on the aspirations of the community and in setting priorities for village development programs, it is determined after the aspirations of the community are accommodated by adjusting the conditions in Kubang Jaya Village itself.
