Abstract

Implementation Of Civul Employe (PNS) Work Discipline In The Departement Of Marine And Fisheri es, a Riau Islands Province Abstract Yunita dwi permatasari This stidy aims to determine how the discpline of employed in the marine and fisheries office the riau islands province.The indicators used include welfare,threats(sanctions),assertiveness,goal and abilities and leadership role models.this type of descrpitive research is the data collected from the results of interview research,especialky processed from the research results using questionnaires and observations,then conclusions are drawn and the analysis of the research results. Data is presented in quantitative form which is formal data obtained from the results of research t the location.In this study,there were 24 respondents consisting of the head of the department,sub-division of personnel, and 21 staff.The sampling technique used purposive sampling method,in which the authors determine the size of the sample themselves,50% of the population is determined to be the respondent. Based on the research,the authors asses and conclude that the implementation of civil servants(PNS) work disclipline at the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Riau Islands Provinsi is in a fairly good assesment.
