Abstract

The aims of this study to determine the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Regional Regulation of the Mayor of Bukittinggi No.7 of 2013 about the Business License of Internet stalls in Bukittinggi. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the inhibiting factors in implementing this regional regulation. As well as the assessment indicators used includes input, process, output, and outcomes. Type of study uses quantitative descriptive methods conducted by survey. The location of this research is the Communication and Information office of Bukittinggi, and an internet stalls in Bukittinggi. The population of this study consists of 21 internet stalls owners and 2 employees of the Communication and Information Office of Bukittinggi as interview informants. The sampling technique uses census technique. The data obtained comes from the results of interview answers and questionnaire answers. Based on the results of the study it was found that overall Evaluation of the Implementation of the regional regulations of the Mayor of Bukittinggi No. 7 of 2013 concerning Business license for Internet Stalls in Bukittinggi in the category of Enough Implemented, with a total score of 480 in categories 422-588. The obstacles faced are the lack of awareness of internet stalls owners to implement the established regulations, there are still internet stalls owners who do not attend / participate in technical training coaching events held by Communication and Information office in Bukittinggi. Furthermore, the action of the Communication and Information office of Bukittinggi was less assertive to internet stalls owners, especially during the implementation of technical training.
