Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Village Asset Management by the Pematang Tinggi Village Government, Kerumutan District, Pelalawan Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The theory used in this research is William N Dunn's policy evaluation. The indicators in this study are: effectiveness, efficiency, competence, accuracy, responsiveness, and equality. This research was conducted in Pematang Tinggi Village, Kerumutan District, Pelalawan Regency. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The technique of determining informants is determined intentionally on the basis of certain criteria or considerations, namely by involving related people. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the management of village assets in Pematangi Tinggi Village, Kerumutan District, Pelalawan Regency, there are still problems in implementation, such as the apathetic attitude of the village community towards the management of village assets, the existence of abandoned village assets and the efforts made to overcome the problem. obstacles that occur by looking at the principles of village asset management.
