Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of firm size, profitability, solvency and earning variability on dividend policy in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. The population and sample in this study were 9 mining companies. The technique in this research is using purposive sampling technique using multiple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that Profitability and Solvency have a significant effect on Dividend Policy, but Firm Size and Earning Variability have no effect on dividend policy.
