Abstract
The Influence of Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance, Financial Performance on Company Value in Pharmaceutical Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ABSTRACT By : TENKU SILVIANTI This study aims to analyze the influence of Intellectual Capital (IC), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Financial Performance (ROA) on firm value (PBV) in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of annual data from 2016-2020 published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and uses a sample of 7 companies with purposive sampling method as a sampling technique. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression using panel data program on eviews 12 application. while partially IC variable has a positive and significant effect on firm value, ROA has a negative and significant effect on firm value and the GCG variable has no negative and insignificant effect on firm value.
