Abstract

Work ethic can be formed if employees have the will to perform their duties to the fullest. There are several factors that can help the formation of a work ethic, namely good communication between employees (human relations), the physical situation and condition of the work environment, security and safety of employees, social conditions, leadership factors, providing pleasant incentives for employees (Sinami , 2005: in Rukmana 2010). Poor communication and no sense of sensitivity to fellow employees or blaming each other for mistakes made, can hamper work so that it will have an impact on the branch company's image on the assessment This study uses a descriptive analysis method using the parameters of Human Relations between employees and the work environment affects the work ethic at PT. Angkasa Pura II. The results of this study indicate that Human Relations has a significant effect on the work ethic of employees with the calculation of the Coefficient of Determination obtained an R2 value of 0.599, this indicates that 59.9% changes in human relations and work environment can improve work ethic. Multiple Linear Regression results show that improving Human relations and supported by an improvement in the Work Environment can provide a better and better work ethic. Positive value is a sign that the relationship or influence of the two variables has a very positive effect on work ethic
