Abstract
Communication and information of technology had experiencing a vety rapid development. This is possible because of various media (channel) that can use as massage storage facility, which is like television station that is Ashiil TV. Ashiil TV is da’wah media that the production center is in Pekanbaru. Ashiil TV in general shows tausiah, kajian tahsin, tabligh akbar, and about islamic activies.the purpose of this research to analize how communication management and broadcast program production “The pilgrims asked, The ustadz answered” Ashiil TV in held. The research wil begin from researching how first planning, organization, actuation, and controlling hich is will be done by Ashiil TV team to can package up to present the program the pilgrims asked, the ustadz answered so worth it to serve to the public and in maintance the existence. This research use approach qualitatiive with descriptive method, this research use data collection technique by using interview, observation, and documentary with the subject consisting of two informans. From resrach result it can be known this research used communication management teories whish is use human resources and technology to optimally the relationship between human and the result how Ashiil TV improve in maintaining the existance the broadcast program.
