Abstract

Greenship Neighborhood is a concept of sustainable development, development is unconsciously or not, causing environmental problems that have an impact on global warming. Even so, housing development has not fully made efforts to prevent environmental damage by creating environmentally friendly areas, one of which is the Bali Pavilion Cluster. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which Greenship Neighborhood Versi 1.0 was implemented in the Cluster Bali Pavilion area of Pekanbaru City. The objectives of this study are to identify the application of the Greenship Neighborhood Versi 1.0 concept in the Bali Pavilion Cluster Area and assess the level of application of the GBCI Greenship Neighborhood Concept Versi 1.0 in the Bali Pavilion Cluster Area. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis with scoring and quantitative approaches. The research location is in the Bali Pavilion Cluster housing area with the research time from December to June 2021. Data collection was done by means of observation and interviews. The population and sample of this study were residents of the Bali Pavilion Cluster area totaling 57 families. The results of the assessment of the application of Greenship Neighborhood obtained seven Greenship Neighborhood criteria consisting of Land Ecological Enhancement/LEE eight points, Four-point movement and connectivity (Movement and Connectivity)/MAC, Water Management and Conservation (Water Management and Conservation)/WMC six points, Solid waste and materials (Solid Waste and Material)/SWM ten points, Ten-point Community Wellbeing Strategy/CWS, Building and energy (Building and Energy)/BAE seven points, Innovation and Future Development / IFD two points. To assess the level of application of Greenship Neighborhood in the Bali Pavilion Cluster area, the highest score is Solid Waste and Materials (SWM) and Community Wellbeing Strategy (CWS) 10 points, while the lowest is Innovation and Future Development (IFD) with a score of two points. So that it gets a Bronze rank with a total score of 44 points or 36%.
