Abstract

With the unfulfilled biological needs of female prisoners, a lot of deviant sexual behavior occurs in the Pekanbaru City Women's Correctional Institution. In order to fulfill their biological needs, inmates are no longer ashamed to do unusual things in prisons. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent such deviant behavior in prisons. Through a qualitative research approach by conducting in-depth interviews with selected sources. So it can be explained that the efforts of the Pekanbaru City Women's Correctional Institution in dealing with these problems are through inmates' development programs in the Pekanbaru City Women's Correctional Institution. This is a basic effort made in order to reduce the risk factors for the occurrence of same-sex sexual deviation behavior in the Pekanbaru City Women's Correctional Institution. So coaching programs such as religious coaching, personality development and independence coaching are coaching programs that prioritize the primary prevention strategy model, while the process of introducing correctional institutions and the initial screening process is a secondary prevention strategy model, and skills development programs and social life coaching programs in schools. Penitentiary is a tertiary prevention strategy model.
