Abstract

The leadership of the village government in managing the Village Fund Allocation is the main basis for how the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation distribution can be allocated properly or not. This research was conducted to determine the leadership of the village government in managing the allocation of village funds in Jaya Agung Village based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 113 of 2014, which includes planning, implementation, administration, reporting, accountability and supervision. This study uses a descriptive survey and qualitative methods. To achieve the objectives of this study, the researchers used data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. In this study using the theory of Harbani Pasolong and there are several research indicators, namely: (1) the role of decision makers, (2) the role of influencing, (3) the role of motivating, (4) the role of interpersonal, (5) the role of informational. The results of this study indicate that the village government in managing ADD is quite good but in determining the planning of work programs there is a lack of cooperation between the village head and village officials.
