Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of authentic assessment in the 2013 curriculum learning at SDN 13 Belutu. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The resource persons in this study involved 3 classroom teachers, namely grade II, IV and fifth grade teachers at SDN 13 Belutu. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used the Milles and Huberman model with 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the teacher carried out an authentic assessment which was seen from 3 aspects of competence, namely the competence aspect of attitude, knowledge and skills. In the implementation of the attitude competency assessment, the teacher assesses the student's attitude using direct observation (observation), then the teacher records the student's attitude into the teacher's journal. In the implementation of the knowledge competency assessment, the teacher assesses students' knowledge using written, oral and assignment test techniques. Knowledge assessment is also carried out during the Daily Assessment (PH), Mid-Semester Assessment (PTS) and Final Semester Assessment (PAS). During the implementation of PH, PTS and PAS, the forms of tests used are multiple choice and description. Then, in the implementation of skills competency assessment, the teacher assesses students' skills using practical and product techniques. The skill assessment instrument used by the teacher is in the form of an assessment rubric in the teacher's book and student's book. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that SDN 13 Belutu has carried out authentic assessments in 2013 curriculum learning.
