Abstract
Analysis of the Performance of the Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja in an Effort to Curb Street Vendors in the City of Pekanbaru (HR.Soebrantas Road Case Study) ABSTRACK Ilham Civil Service Police Units This study aims to determine and analyze the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in an Effort to Control the Street Vendors in the City Pekanbaru(Case Study HR.Soebrantas Street). The indicators used are Quality of Work, Quantity of Work, Consistency of Employee Ability and Attitudes of Employee Behavior. This type of research is a Descriptive Survey with Quantitative Analysis. The two groups that became the population and samples, namely street vendors and the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit. In this case the researchers collected data through observation, interviews, quesionnaires, documentation. Basen on the results of the research conducted on this research it is in the Good Enough category. As for the factors inhibiting the Performance of the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit in an Effort to Curb Street Vendors,namely the lack of communication between the Civil Service Police Unit and Street Vendors regarding areas that are prohibited from selling, the lack of awarenes of street vendors to comply with regulations on Public Order and Also the Civil Service Police Unit does not carry out routine raids
