Abstract

KOTAKU (Program Kota Tanpa Kumuh) Program is a prevention and quality improvement program for national slums. The target of this program is to achieve the reduction of urban slum areas to 0 Ha through prevention and improvement of slum settlements covering an area of 38,431 Ha which is carried out periodically throughout Indonesia. This study aims to determine the evaluation of the city program without slums in Dumai Kota Kelurahan. The assessment indicators used include effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy. This type of research located in the Kelurahan Dumai Kota This is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire as a primary data collection tool to analyze the empirical conditions of the objective existence of research objectives at the research location. In total there are 15 people in the sample. The sampling technique used is the Census where the entire population is sampled. Types and data collection techniques used consist of primary data, collected by questionnaire and interview techniques and secondary data collected using observation and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is Rating scale. Based on the scale rating data analysis techniques of 50 research respondents obtained a score with a total score of 2480 or with a percentage of 91.85% which is in the good category.
