Abstract

Motivation is power, both from inside and outside, encouraging a person to achieve a specific goal that has been predetermined. If we look in the world of education, almost every college there are a number of students who have married. Married students have a responsibility as husband or wife, and also have a responsibility as a student. The role of a wife in a household life is to take care of the house, serve her husband, Cook and keep the husband's possessions. In addition, the task of a wife will increase when already having children. The Status of the wife who is also a mother has more duties of caring, breastfeeding, raising and educating her descendants and everything related to the responsibilities that must be done. In addition to being the mother of a wife also became the first and foremost teacher for her children. The success of a wife and mother is that when she gets a husband and son The problem formulation in this research is how the motivation influence of students who are married to the achievement of study at the Islamic University of Riau. This type of research is quantitative research where research uses numeric data as a description of the research in purpose. Data collection techniques In this case used a poll to students of Riau Islamic University who had married 30 people from several faculties and Prodi. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded there is a student motivation influence married to the study achievement at Universitas Islam Riau, because of significance value of 0.00 < 0.05.
