Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze whether compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Sumber Sarana Agro (IDC) Pekanbaru. The population in this study are employees at the company. And the sampling technique in this study uses Probablity Sampling, which is a sample that provides equal opportunities to every member in a population to be a sample of 34 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire that was distributed to the research sample. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26 analysis test. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Sumber Sarana Agro (IDC) Pekanbaru.
