Abstract

This research starts from April 09 to May 13, 2021. this research was carried out in the Fish Seed Center (BBI) Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Riau. The purpose of this study wa to determine the effect of giving various kinds of natural feed ingredients (phytogenic) the growth of fish fry and to determine the survival and FCR of fish pounds. The research wa conducted for 35 days at the Fish Seed Center (BBI) Faculty of Agruculture. The method used was completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications. The tambakan fish seed used weigh 1,13 g and are 4 cm long/tail. The container used is a cage with a size ( P x L x T) 30x30x48 cm with a water level of 30 cm. The results showed the best survival of fish fry in P1, P2, and P3 was 83,33% and the lowest was at P2. Detritus + Water Hyacint 75%. Meanwhile, the highest length growth was at P1 2,13 cm and the lowest was at P2. 1.90 cm. Then the water quality parameters in this study are pemperatur (29-34°C), pH (5-6).
