Abstract

This study aims to determine the obstacles to the Role of the Kampar Regency Government in the development of the Pantai Cinta Teluk Jering tourist attraction that occurs in these tourist attractions. This type of research which is located in Teluk Kenidai Village, Kampar Regency, is the type of research used is a qualitative research type method by means of a survey, which prioritizes the interview list as a data collection tool and data is collected using this tool and then used as the main raw material for observing the conditions of the research location. There are key informants and informants in this study, namely the Head of the Tourism Sector, the Village Head, the Chairperson and Members of the Village BPD, Local Communities, Mpok Darwis, and Visitors. The three data collection techniques used consisted of primary data which was collected through a list of interviews and results of field research and secondary data which were collected using reports and notes and documents. Based on this observation technique, the researcher assesses and concludes that the role of the Kampar Regency Government in developing the natural tourism object of the Cinta Teluk Jering beach is sufficient.
