Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION AND ABILITY ON EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE, VILLAGE EMPOWERMENT, POPULATION AND CIVIL REGISTRATIONS OF RIAU PROVINCE By: Maryam Julliana D NPM: 177121035 ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze employee work motivation, employee work ability and employee performance of the Riau Province Community Empowerment, Village, Population and Civil Registry Service and analyze the influence of motivation and work ability of employees on the performance of employees of the Riau Province Community Empowerment, Village, Population and Civil Registry Service. either partially or simultaneously. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all employees of the Community, Village, Population and Civil Registry Office of Riau Province. The data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: Work Motivation, Employee Ability and Employee Performance of the Riau Province Community Empowerment Service, Population and Civil Registry were in the Good category. Work Motivation and Employee Ability have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance of the Riau Province Community Empowerment Service, Village, Population and Civil Registry with an effect value of "Medium". From the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing conducted, it is known that the Employee Ability variable is the variable that most influences the Employee Performance of the Community, Village, Population and Civil Registry Service of Riau Province. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to the organization of the Riau Province Community, Village, Population and Civil Registry Service to always increase the motivation and ability of employees by carrying out training and technical assistance activities by providing equal opportunities for all employees to be able to participate in these activities so that motivation work and employee skills are getting better. The employees of the Community, Village, Population and Civil Registry Office of Riau Province should always strive to improve their work ethic and abilities so that they are always successful in carrying out their duties and be able to improve the organizational performance of the Riau Province Community Empowerment Service, Population and Civil Registry. good.
