Abstract

EVALUSION BUMDes IN THE MANAGEMENT OF ECONOMIC BUSINESSES IN THE SIMPAN PINJAM VILLAGE AL-MUKAMIL PUTERI SEMBILAN KECAMATAN RUPAT UTARA, BENGKALIS DISTRICT ABSTRACT WAHYUDI (UED-SP) phenomena of research in the field include the large number of arrears that are still found in savings and loans. Evaluation constraints of BUMdes in the management of Village Economic Business Savings and Loans (UED-SP) in Puteri Sembilan Village, Rupat Utara District, Bengkalis Regency. Problems that occur are such as the evaluation mechanism that is difficult for the community to understand in the Economic Savings and Loans (UED-SP), namely high arrears and congestion in repaying loan revolutions, in the context of BUMdes Evaluation which aims to reduce poverty rates. to analyze and identify BUMdes Evaluation in management (UED-SP) as well as inhibiting and supporting factors for evaluation in the Village Economic Business Savings and Loans (UED-SP) in Puteri Sembilan Village, Rupat Utara District, Bengkalis Regency. Inhibiting factors in the BUMDes evaluation process in management (UED-SP can be reviewed through William N Dunn's theory, including: Effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, accuracy. In this study the authors used a qualitative method, this method is information obtained through informants. As for those who became informants in research among the Head of Village, BUMDes, Village Facilitators, BPD, community leaders and users of the Savings and Loan Village Economic Business (UED-SP). In collecting data, the methods of observation, interviews, literature study and information technology were used. collected then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis The results of the study found that the evaluation of BUMDes in the management (UED-SP) of the Village of Puteri Sembilan, Rupat Utara District, Bengkalis Regency as a whole was less successful. This is due to the inability to manage the economic savings and loans (UED-SP) business. at (UED-SP) found the arrears figures high and low rates of return of beneficiaries, and the objective of establishing BUMdes is not achieved, namely to obtain PAdes based on village potential, this is due to lower prices for rubber and sawet. Based on the results of the findings, it is suggested to BUMdes and UED-SP to further improve their capabilities. and the quality of the management in terms of guidance, supervision and enforcement of discipline and sanctions to users, so that borrowed funds from (UED-SP) can be rolled out, and can be felt by the village community, so that they will be given another opportunity to get loans from (UED-SP)
