Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out and evaluate the development of Bono tourism objects by the Office of Culture, Tourism, Facilitator and Sports. Knowing the inhibiting factors for the development of Bono attractions by the Department of Culture, Tourism, Facilitators and sports in Pelalawan Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with population and the sample includes the Head of Section, Head of Section, and the visitor community. For the Head of Service, the writer makes it as key information. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The data collection techniques used were questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentation. All data that has been obtained through research tools is collected, then grouped and processed quantitatively. Then the data is presented and explained and analyzed descriptively then conclusions are drawn from the results of the discussion. Based on the results of the research and discussion previously presented, it can be concluded that the Development of Bono Tourism Objects by the Culture, Tourism, Simplification and Sports Office of Pelalawan Regency can be said to be quite good. Where as a whole the development of Bono tourism objects has been carried out but not yet well implemented. Where the government has built several infrastructures in Bono tourism objects, although there are still many shortcomings. As for the construction of incomplete infrastructure facilities and also the maintenance of buildings that have been made not run well so that causing damage to the building is getting worse and can not be used. The buildings that were made for infrastructure have been carried out in Tanjung Bau-Bau but not completely finished so that the buildings in Tanjung Bau-Bau are abandoned and filled with grass. While the obstacles faced by employees in achieving employee performance include the following: 1. Budget funds, and 2. Lack of community participation.
