Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the implementation of the Riau Province Transmigration Manpower Office Supervision of Permits to Use Foreign Workers (Case Study in Pekanbaru City). The supervisory assessment indicators used include direct supervision and indirect supervision. This type of research located in the Transmigration Manpower Office in Riau Province is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes questionnaires as a tool for collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions and objectivity of the existence of research objectives at meticulous locations. There are 2 population groups and the sample in this study is the Department of Manpower Transmigration of Riau Province, amounting to 6 people and Company Leaders, totaling 15 people. The sample size determined from these two groups is 21 people. The two sampling techniques used in determining sample individuals were census techniques for the population of the Riau Province Transmigration Manpower Office and incidental techniques for the Company's population group. The types and data collection techniques used consist of, primary data collected using questionnaire and interview list techniques and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use a frequency table tool. Based on this analytical technique the researcher assessed and concluded that Supervision of Funds Using Foreign Workers by the Transmigration Manpower Office of Riau Province (Case Study in Pekanbaru City) was at an intensive assessment interval. Recommendations that need to be considered are completing a comprehensive database of companies that use foreign workers in the city of Pekanbaru.
