Abstract

Work is needed for everyone in order to get on with life. Someone can work in a company after a work relationship. An employment relationship can occur because of an agreement between the employer and the worker. The work agreement is divided into Work Time Specific Time (PKWT) and Work Time Specific Time (PKWTT). However, there is a non-compliance with Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Labor. Therefore, the authors are interested in conducting research with the title Review of Work Agreements for Honorary Workers According to Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment at the Pekanbaru Handsome Tax Service Office (KPP). The author formulates the main problems including: how is the employment agreement for honorary staff according to Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Labor in the Pekanbaru Handsome KPP and what are the obstacles experienced in the employment agreement for honorary workers according to Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Labor in the Pekanbaru Handsome KPP. The type of research that the writer uses is observational research, carried out by direct field survey to obtain the data needed for research. Meanwhile, when viewed from the nature of the research, it is descriptive analytic because in this study the authors conducted direct research at the place of study in order to obtain a clear picture of the problem under study. From the results of the author's research, it is known that the employment agreement for honorary staff at the Pekanbaru Handsome KPP has not been in accordance with the provisions of Law No.13 of 2003. There are several obstacles experienced in relation to payment of wages, working hours and in terms of renewal of the employment agreement.
