Abstract
ABSTRACT EFFECT OF OHS TRAINING AND WORK COMMITMENT ON EMPLOYEE ACHIEVEMENT AT PT. SWADAYA ABDI MANUNGGAL TRYMA DELTA NANDA 165210956 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of K3 training and work commitment on employee performance. The object in this study was carried out at PT. Swadaya Abdi Manunggal. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the study explain that K3 training has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Swadaya Abdi Manunggal, with the K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) training provided by the company, it is hoped that it will be able to reduce work accidents that can harm employees so that it will have an impact on the resulting work performance. While work commitment also has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Swadaya Abdi Manunggal, with the high work commitment of employees at work, this will affect the work performance of employees in completing any work given by the company. Simultaneously K3 training and work commitment have a significant influence on the work performance of employees of PT. Swadaya Abdi Manunggal. Where K3 training and work commitment can affect the work performance of employees of PT. Swadaya Abdi Manunggal of 70% and the remaining 30% are influenced by other variables not examined in the research.
