Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of employees in the production department at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa Sei Basau Kec. Singing Hilir Kab. Kuantan Singingi. The population in this study are employees who work in the production section. The sampling technique in this study is to use Non Probability Sampling, the sampling determined by the researcher based on the appropriate and unequal components of the determination of the researchers, amounting to 40 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style and work discipline partially and simultaneously has a significant positive effect on the performance of production employees at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa Sei Basau Kec. Singing Hilir Kab. Kuantan Singingi.
