Abstract
Optimization is the achievement of the best results effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the level of output combination that must be carried out by the cassava chip business in the home industry in Tenayan Raya District to achieve optimal profit. The analysis used with Linear Programming uses the POM-QM for Windows software application which functions to find the optimum solution. The results showed that in order to achieve optimal conditions for the cassava chips business in the home industry, linear programming analysis could be used to obtain the optimal combination of output production and obtain maximum profit.
