Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the fostering of the zapin dance 12 extracurricular activities at SMAN 12 Pekanbaru using this method because it directly involved the object under study in order to obtain accurate data. Guiding extracurricular activities at SMAN 12 Pekanbaru using material, objectives, methods and assessments in zapin broke dance 12, the method used is lecture and demonstration methods. Facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 12 Pekanbaru include the field, laptops, speakers and mobile phones. Direct assessment during the training process results from the development of the zapin rupture 12 extracurricular activities, namely students are able to develop the quality, interests and talents of students and become one of the materials that can be used for additional value. In the research results zapin dance broke out 12 students who got an A grade of 5 out of 10 total who took the extracurricular.
