Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of incentives on employee job satisfaction at PT. Mega Central Finance Pekanbaru Branch. This research was carried out with quantitative descriptive methods that used primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews / interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 37 employees in the processing and production section at PT. Mega Central Finance Pekanbaru Branch. From the results of data analysis it is known that there is a significant effect of the incentive variable (X) influencing the variable job satisfaction at PT. Mega Central Finance Pekanbaru Branch.
