Abstract

This study aims to determine how the role of facilities and infrastructure in motivating dancers in Nurul Arif Studio Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method based on qualitative data. Data collection used is observation, interview and documentation. The subjects in this study amounted to 5 people consisting of 1 manager of the studio, 1 treasurer of the studio, 3 dancers in the Nurul Arif studio. The research site is in the street of Tegal sari g hasaruddin Air Jamban Village, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. Theories used in this research are (Indrawan, 2015: 11) and (B.Uno, 2013: 9-10). Data analysis techniques used in this study were data reduction, data display, and conclusion making then verified. From the results of the research in the field it can be concluded that the role of facilities and infrastructure in motivating dancers in the Nurul Arif studio Bengkalis Regency of Riau Province there is a positive and significant effect. The role of facilities and infrastructure in motivating dancers in the Nurul Arif studio has been going very well and has adequate facilities and infrastructure, this is evident from every process of activity in the Nurul Arif studio in Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province.
