Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze service operations management at PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. The type of data used is primary and secondary data sourced from the results of respondents' answers through questionnaires and interviews with the company. The number of samples is 20 respondents with purposive sampling method. Data analysis is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that overall service operations management was good and satisfied the congregation, and was effective in accordance with the SOP that had been designed.
