Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions for glassware products at A. Fauzi Atoko JI. Ahmad Yan: Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were all consumers who had bought into A. Fauzi's store. And the sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, amounting to 50 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS statistical testing. The results of this study indicate that cultural factors, social factors, personality factors and psychological factors partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for glassware products at A. Fauzi store Jl. Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru City. The magnitude of the influence of the consumer behavior factor is 84.2%.
