Abstract
This study aims to determine the analysis of employee career development at PT Grha Trac Pekanbaru. The total population is 53 people with a sample of 53 respondents where the sampling technique uses a census sample. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis technique, namely analyzing the data by compiling the data, grouping it, so that the actual picture of the company's condition is obtained. Based on the research conducted, the results show that it can be obtained that the career development of employees at PT. Grha Trac Pekanbaru is in the good category, career development is measured by factors, namely work performance, education, training, transfers, and network, each of which shows a good category.
