Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how process innovation and product innovation in Meatball SMEs in Pandau Jaya Village, Kampar Regency were effective or needed development. Data collection was carried out in this study by means of interviews and documentation. The number of samples in this study was five (5) samples using the purposive sampling method. The data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis in this study is qualitative analysis, which explains the results of respondents' responses and concludes. The results of this study indicate that the respondents have not been maximal in innovating the process and product innovation of meatballs at UMKM Meatballs in Pandau Jaya Village,Kampar Regency.
